Is some form of afterlife possible? If so what is it like and what caused it to be? And how did you arrive at your one or three conclusions?

@TeenAngel considering the fact that no one yet knows what happens to us (not the physical part) after we die? I feel it's the energy that remains. Likes it's said"energy neither can be created nor distroyed" .
