Seven years and it was like yesterday when she left me forever! That place will never be filled again with fresh memories but the old ones are even more precious now than they were yesterday! Hold on and know it will be better again!

Try visiting a therapist or a psychiatrist to get help. I hope you feel better soon.

(Hugs) I think we have all been there, and it takes time, but at least you are aware of your feelings and not trying to hide it, life is one big lesson and people who you think will be in your life forever just go! Of course it takes time to process that but try not to lose yourself fully along the way! You managed a life before them and you will continue to now they are gone. 🤗
