have you increase your TV viewing time or decrease it in the past couple of years?

I can't remember seeing so much depressing topics.😩

There is so much on tv I have zero interest in so I end up watching alot of cnn or crime shows I think watchable. Movies now and then. Football on sunday some. Golf some. Not much else really
