Manny! Dude! Dating is complicated and your parents should always be available to talk to you regarding the complexities of dating. If, they are uncomfortable talking to their kids about dating, then perhaps they need to deal with this before they allow them to date.
Some folks say there is no right age and parents must look at both their own comfort level and, their teenagers comfort level when discussing all matters related to dating. Oh! And 14-year-olds would be better served engaging in matters that don’t involve the body, heart, and soul. Is sixteen the magic age? NO.
