Life changed in October

It is difficult for me to enjoy the month of October because this is the month that my life had turned from being a happy laidback life to a life full of emotions. I do not recall laughing or just being happy. when life was laidback, I could be in bed still asleep or just relaxing instead of being awake. I did not have to worry about being so unhappy every day (although we had problems but nothing too severe).

The stress that is going on is damaging our health. For example,, I went to my health clinic to get blood drawn on 9/23/21. When I did, my mom got sick. Her emotions had bothered her so much that she had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance from the clinic. My brother walked to the clinic and walked back home with me. I got the results the other day. On one of the blood tests, my A1C test, I did not like the results. I do not eat a lot, I haven't been eating a lot, I haven't been sleeping much, and I do not eat a lot of sweets. I remember when I used to eat a lot of sweets and never had any problems before, the only problem I had was gaining unwanted weight. I had been under a lot of stress lately. I had heard that stress can affect the A1C and my Dilantin level is low.

The sad thing is the holidays are supposed to be our favorite time of the year but not since October 2010.

Don't let that A1C get too far out of line, once it gets to a certain point it never goes back to the normal range. I thought they pretty much quit using Dilantin and it is difficult to keep levels.
