Because children usually don't make money and have to request money and not steal it
Manfretthemanic · 16-17, M
@Babylon But I had cash. I had enough money to buy it.
@Manfretthemanic that's probably why. I wouldn't put it past youth these days to steal. He needs to make sure

@Babylon No, I didn't steal. It was my savings. I wanted a phone because someone smashed mine at school.
In the end the man let me buy it because I almost cried and he asked me to call my dad for permission.

@Manfretthemanic you can see how he has to make sure you never stole that money right? Or do you want him to just take money from anybody 😅

@Babylon Yes, I know. It was solved in the end, and I was upset yesterday, but now I hope the man didn't get into trouble.
@Manfretthemanic in the future, be prepared for delicate things like money to be things you're not going to inherently be trusted about, even if you're a trustworthy person. Some people will pretend to be trustworthy but are not, so sometimes, you're put through the test to sift out who is truly telling the truth and who is lying.
Maybe that's why you got it and they catch many others by doing the same thing

@Babylon I know, but I'm not a liar. But I understand. 😊
You pass the test by crying. 😂
Next time I will go with my dad.
