Do you think the paleo diet is a good one ?

@Manfredthemanic Some people are naturally skinny. As long as you are healthy and have enough energy it's fine. Of course, some people who put on weight easily may be jealous of you ...... is that teacher a bit fat? 😆😉

@Manfredthemanic Some teachers are a bit strange. One school I was at, when I was about 9, we were growing anemones from seed and she spelt it wrong and put "anenome" and I changed it to the correct spelling.....😆😉
