would you be friends with someone who is perpetually unemployed?

I think perpetual is a strong word. I'd say i'm not gainfully employed, I do things here and there and always have my foot in the door with work, I'm also friends with disabled people, I've been friends with the part time workers, and I've been friends with seriously unemployed people as well as people who sound like they are given small jobs by cops to stay off the streets if that makes sense (hey I wouldn't mind that so not judging) to me I'm open minded and cool with everyone and honestly it's guys that have a good job and nice apartment that I find trying to get me to splurge.
