I don't accept a lot of things but there actions humble yourself and then you see right through them and then you don't get annoyed no more or they'd have no power over you , either to make you unhappy or happy .
The part about pain is that it wakes you up . The more the better but the key to that is have opinon on it , just let the flow happen.
I'm not religious mad but didn't Jesus do the same cause he knew there was something else.
