If I am an atheist, I have no belief to defend

@JoeyFoxx I know there is not an invisible unicorn standing behind me, but you called God, "an imaginary sky person". Implying that God only exists in my imagination. You have faith that God is imaginary. Many Christians would love to be as convinced of their belief as you are of yours! Most atheists claim to be completely sure that God does not exist. Atheists have as much or more faith than many Christians! Of course the vast majority will cry out to Him when faced with mortal danger or imminent death, or shout His name when they hurt themselves!

@Oberon1 you seem to be missing the point entirely and if you need to resort to personal attacks, that’s unfortunate.
You feel compelled to put me and others into a box simply because we do not share your perspective on the world. It’s a shame really. Your should consider opening your mind.
While we are at it, what evidence can you provide that an invisible unicorn isn’t following you around?

@JoeyFoxx I haven't attacked you. I simply communicated my observation that you drew a conclusion that had nothing to do with the available context. From what context did you draw the conclusion that I am a "non believer"? From what context did you draw the conclusion that I even care what your perspective is? In summary, all I have said is that atheists have faith in what they don't believe, and many Christians could benefit with that kind of faith in what they 'do' believe! Very simple. I haven't tried to persuade you to believe or disbelieve anything, and I don't see how you could come to such a conclusion from what I have written.

@Oberon1 it’s quite simple.
You do not believe in the invisible unicorn. Therefore, you are a non-believer.
Just as I cannot prove that your god doesn’t exist, you cannot prove the unicorn doesn’t exist.
Your inability to convince me of the existence of your god does not define who I am. I am defined by the things I do and the people I love.
I believe in the goodness of man while knowing that some people wallow in darkness.
You feel compelled to label me within the context of your worldview. I can’t stop you from doing that. But your opinion of me is frankly none of my business.
