every 4-5 days a nightmare and a ptsd flashback come along to remind me where I came from...and a dear old friend and mentor , in her diminished capacity slighted me and I went ballistic. I refused to talk to her for nearly a year and then she up and died on me and left me everything . That one really hurts. I should have just let it go and spoke to her but when I am raging, I am not nice. So I ghosted her to my lament.
