Have you been downvoted for good reason or for what seems like petty jealousy and bitchiness?

I posted last night, a perfectly innocent post of "show me something" I posted my steering wheel, I got a downvote and someone went downvoting replies on the post too...

Is this a feature we need??

It legitimizes harassment. It’s really disgusting to give a reprobate such discretion and an artificial sense of power over others! It’s so pathetic and should have never been implemented.
