Have you been downvoted for good reason or for what seems like petty jealousy and bitchiness?

It was for me like for you, I got a downvote for an uplifting post which was absolutely harmless. I never expected that this would get a negative reaction at all. I want to believe that someone just wanted to be funny or was bored and therefore chose this smiley.

To answer your question: No, the people here who like to make life difficult for others definitely don't need another feature to do that, certainly not one behind whose anonymity they can hide.
