@Stereoguy your safest bet is to go to Canada. I was in brendan Canada like two hours up north from Winnipeg, and I saw them all the time during winter. The flight was 300 at most. Hope you get to see them
@SW-User my friend is from st Petersburg originally. He has been trying to get me to go there for the longest. I just heard bad things about Russia right now. So I didn't bother. But definitely on my list
