isnt it strange that orphanages, animal shelters, etc, ask US to donate?

on the tv, in ads, asking the normal working class to donate out of their paycheck.

instead of asking the BILLIONAIRES?

We had Major natural disaster where I live. The red cross had a nationwide telethon to raise money to help us. Thing is we never saw a dime of that money. We either had to suck it up or apply for a FEMA loan.

@curiosi Red Cross is a big-time scammer. They do give a bit of money to people to replace essentials in the form of a gift card

@cherokeepatti Yep and they sure know how to pull at heart strings. Was told they showed pics of the damage etc. They pulled in a huge amount.

@curiosi believe they have been involved in some nefarious things which I won’t go into details here but it’s international in scope. They’ll never get another dime from me ever again.
