What would you do if the guy named Aniketh again made fun of me bragging about his muscular biceps?

Aniketh used to often laugh at me and brag about his biceps when we were in 8th grade. Yes he already had more impressive and muscular biceps in 8th grade than I do even now at 20. He used to often make fun of me about it and laugh at me a lot. Now he has even more impressive biceps and he is 20-21 years old now. What would you do if he again made fun of me about it?
