I am starting to see 1 accident per day in my Neighborhood

I mean I see the accident occur. This one happened while I was inside getting my lashes.
Yesterday I witnessed a speeding cop slam into a car full of young waiters.
What the heck.

The SUV cop car jumped the curb and hit a car behind me too. Scary totally preventable.
