What playground equipment should they bring back?

I liked those big wood structures that had the moving bridges and cargo net.

I used to have a tetherball and a seesaw and a big tree house / playhouse. And a pool and a big backyard. I was lucky I had my family.

I totally agree. I miss the twirl go round, that was fun. The harder you pump, the faster you go.

I think I remember one that had this tall climbing thing. Nobody ever got hurt, but it was deemed "unsafe" and removed. As were most of the monkey bars.

You mean the metal wheels you run to spin? They still have those ar a few playgrounds around here. One even has a new one only about 5 years old.
