Sexual violence or transgression (broadly) and in PEACETIME, more often then men women ARE the victims, but physical violence or transgression (broadly) and in PEACETIME IS "discussable" (public passive, lacks the or being "emotionally-charged") and/or "debatable" (public passionate, IS emotionally-charged), anecdotally mixed/blended
Sources (stress and anxiety OFTEN on and over industrial work/labor and financial payments and pensions) IS largely the same, "signs and symptoms" or visible and audible manifestations IS the practical societal difference, whether in a public and/or professional "sphere" or private and personal "realm"
