@deathfairy oh dear God....I had one like this.
And once he took itna step further:
he needed a problem fixed, I thought I found a solution - which he actively pulled apart and said was no good.
Then, a week later, tells me about this wonderful solution a mate of his a work had: which was EXACTLY what i said .
It was then I realised, that some men can't accept wisdom from women - in fact some , refuse to .
Its so stupid .
