Apparently the church of teacherpriest doesn't allow their name to be blasphemed without papally sanctioned ordainment and the courts and state of new yourk has regulations of who can call themself what.
It's fraud when you name an institue something it isn't. Also, that wasn't all there is:

Here are examples of un- Trump universities. That apparently don't need to be defamed and attacked by judges with racial agendas or feminist misandrists with man hating agendas. Suppose these don't get national coverage in mainstream media. Neither as "educational villains", nor as renegade frauds teaching officially "not unapproved" things.

@offingg: The purpose of the former now destroyed Trump educational company was staffed with experienced and practiced real estate experts. The purpose of the teaching company was to succeed in an ever changing rule set in real estate investing.
Aggresive marketing is not only legal, it's required by law. If you knew anything about corporate laws you would know better than ask that question. As for misleading words any legal hand wringing about such nonsense is so far into fantasy land that any common sense person knows better. Gets things cleaner, new and improved, superior formula are all used daily in marketing and not a peep by the ether dwelling power brokers and their career political puppets and kangaroo judges.
