I downloaded an app that reports natural disasters, it pings my notifications very often, I didn't realise so many bad things where happening around the world so often. Eye opener.

@Mellowgirl makes me feel sad for the people experiencing these events, it must be so traumatic.
I feel lucky that there is minimal chance of this happening in my locality.
