I was right handed before my brain surgery, but now I am left handed.

@ABCDEF7 That is common. If the damage was to the left side of the brain, the right side increases to make up for it. and people with right side dominance are left handed.

@Funtoy4u Can't say about the damage, it was tumour in brain stem.
