@SW-User I mean it :) I have a disability. It really affected my self esteem and I became obese. But now I'm trying to sort out what I do have control over. I massively reduced the carbs, sometimes having less than 5g carbs a day, upped the protein, fruit, salads, meat, egg and exercise almost every day. I'm now almost completely flat chested and toned. Lost of 40lbs of fat. And that's with the disability making exercise hard :)
