Has somebody ever upset you so much that even seeing their name gives you anxiety?

I have anxiety, so when someone upsets me deeply I can't help but be terribly effected by it. If that makes sense. :/ Like the anxiety makes it worse

I...can totally relate to that. I have horrible anxiety and always have but in the past few years I've just learned to deal with it better. I can deal with social anxiety but I'm still a severe hypochondriac.

I'm glad you're able to handle it better. Mine just pops out of nowhere :/ It's such a stressful thing...

I hope you find a way to manage it. I think exposure to it constantly just helped me to cope...idk

Me too. It'll probably go away someday. I'm trying to push myself in to more social situations in hope it'll ease off :)
