I work in a manufacturing plant, so I lift 8 to 20 pound boxes on a daily basis. @Sazzio Single dumbbells are nice, although I ironically still struggle with those that are 10 pounds. ^^’ At least with boxes, you can use both arms to support..

Also, I have no idea of what I want to do, career-wise. So there’s no point in enrolling in something that I’m still feeling really lost about. Tuition is crazy and I don’t want to be totally mired in debt, lmao. @lisasweety

@Sorceress either choose computer science or something related 2 law or finance. just dont choose anything related 2 liberal arts or ull be working minimum wage with crippling student debt 4 the rest of ur life. i especially recommend computer science bc my bf is studying computer science and he says that u can easily make more than 100k bc there is a great demand 4 programmers nowadays.😄😄😄

Trades are also a good field to get into. Ultimately, I think the best thing to do is what makes you happy. You don’t want to be middle aged and miserable because you chose a job you don’t even like. @lisasweety

@Sorceress well tbh i dont know much about student loans in america bc im not from america lol😅😅😄 meanwhile college in my country is super cheap lol, it's just rly sad that america somehow doesnt put much emphasis on education or even healthcare😕😕😕 imagine if our govt had used the trillions of dollars wasted in afghanistan 2 invest in education or healthcare instead🤔🤔🤔

Yeah, I know what you mean. We spend a lot of money on our military. I think our education actually ranks quite low for a first world country as well.. healthcare is a hit or miss, but more often a miss. You can have to pay several hundred dollars up to one thousand just to be escorted by an ambulance. @lisasweety

And of course every few years, a new president comes in and switches things up. Our policies and “priorities” are frequently changing as well.

@Sorceress well tbh i dont know much about trade school lol, but from what ive heard it is true that there is a great demand 4 ppl in trade-related jobs; howevr ull want 2 be in an independent union if u work in a trade job or management will rly screw over u😃😃😃

@Sorceress well at least biden seems 2 be doing the right thing 4 now... howevr ive heard that florida's desantis is getting more and more popular these days and he might be running 4 potus in 2024... it would not be good if biden decides 2 run again in 2024...😕😕😕

@Sorceress Remember one thing. The world is yours for the taking. Driver, doctor, knitter, mechanic, machine operator, Archaeology, Business person, packer - once you move out, it's endless. Not just home town but anywhere in the world.

At 23, I have been out n about. ALAS I ended up in my hometown. Am too in labour but am considering Taxi / bus driver five years from now THEN open my own Travel n Tourism when 45.
