@SophieC: everything is fresh. The people are fresh. The stories. EP was the place that failed. We learned from all of our shitty experiences there, and now..most of us know what not to do here. For the most part, SW has been pretty quick at fixing issues and helping comfort its users. EP wasn't as efficient for me.
