For people who read Sylvia Plath's work, weren't you repulsed by how superficial and racist her personality is?

She used the N word and made racist references, I understand she lived back when racism was acceptable but I'm just not enchanted by any personality that's racist when acceptable

I never knew that about her. I never cared for her work so I'm not missing out on anything. Was Virginia Woolf racist too? That would actually break my heart.

A Room of One's Own and The Waves are both good. Mrs. Dalloway is probably the most popular book of hers but I haven't read it. I'd like to read Orlando too because it sounds interesting.
