Biked 14 miles today!!!
I just 'relearned' to ride a bike in January and was celebrating biking 1 mile back then lmao. Today I rode 14 miles. My goal is to do 50 miles by the end of the year.

dont set yourself goals - just get out there and enjoy cycling, there are plenty of off road cycle tracks, you feel like your in the middle of the countryside with all the trees and bushes but in reality you might only be 10 foot from a main road
