What do you call your significant other, when you're talking to others?

Do you call them your husband/wife....my man or my lady...my boyfriend/girlfriend....?

Or do you just call them by their name?
For me, I usually call him 'my guy' (and he calls me 'the wife' to his buddies.)
We are engaged, but I just feel like the term fiance is better suited to the young couples....and we are definitely too old to be saying 'my boyfriend' and 'my girlfriend'
