What does it mean if I ask a professor to clarify a few points from his lecture on a day when he's free, and he answers with "later today"?

He works at different offices throughout the town and he had a meeting scheduled for today evening. What does he mean by that??? Can't he be more specific?
I asked him the location and time, he didn't reply. It's been 2 hours and it's already the afternoon....

He is very busy. I might assume that he will clarify remotely via email or student message board or he is just unconcerned and is not putting much thought into meeting with you.
Probably won't happen today.
