I might never have been born.

39 years ago this month the Argentine submarine ARA San Luis attacked HMS Arrow of the U.K during the Falklands war. It did a pretty poor job of it - one torpedo missed and other failed to leave tube.

Thankfully so too, otherwise a certain sailor wouldn’t have met my mum at a 1986 Christmas party and my brother and I would never have existed.🙂

Funny when you think on things like that. If my late mother in law hadn't "dragged" her daughter to a fundraising night at school where a certain band was playing we'd have possibly never met...

I have a weird Falklands War story which sadly I can't share... Official Secrets Act and all that... but I still think I should have got a medal for it 🤣
