I Need Help -- does she love me or not?

Sometimes I talk to her for an hour, and she just stares at me. When I caress her she seems to like it. But once in a while she lashes out and scratches me. I'm tired of it.

Do you think it's me? Her? The cat food?

Some ladies play a little rough. She probably thinks you like it.
Have you bought her any toys? A treat? Maybe some grass? A lil nip??

@uncleshawn I have a kitten, sort of. I mean. He’s not mine. I just get him for weeks at a time. He’s a good guy. A little bite-ey. Really likes the feathers on fishing rod type toys. And anything that krinkles.
Dried salmon treats are his thing. He will chew through cloth bags to get at them. But with enough active playtime he’s become very mild mannered and snuggly.
