@Nimbus he was calling to reduce my credit card’s interest rate. (I don’t even own a credit card but I let him think I did) By the time he asked for my credit card number I told him I needed to ask him a quick question. He says go ahead....”Are you located in Delhi or Kolkata or Siliguri???” He says “Why would I be in those places??” Me: “Cause that’s where you scammers like to hang out”....then it got salty from there on.

@Nimbus I let them think they’ve hooked a big one and then when he gets through the mid-point of his script that he uses I ask them where they work or what his parents thinks of him being a scammer or if he was born in a brothel in Calcutta. Then call him few bad words in Hindi and keep going till he hangs up.

@Nimbus doubtful, if they make 3 good scams in an entire month they can get a bonus and more if they do more. I’ve watched some of the scam-baiters talk to the reformed scammers who tell how they get paid and what they have to do to make a bonus.

@Nimbus the point is to wear them down like grains of sand every time they call and if enough people do it they might realize that almost everyone has heard about them and knows what they are doing.

@Nimbus there are a number of scambaiters and amateurs that are recording their phone sessions and some of the scambaiters are hackers who can get into their computers using a virtual machine and expose them, steal their files including personal photos and other information etc.
