Does anyone here talk to themselves when alone?
I've been catching myself doing that & I'm usually cussing myself out although sometimes I laugh at a particularly funny post on here & talked to myself.

@DropTopDig I think so also. It’s good to hear my thoughts out loud, it slows me down and gives me a moment to really listen.
