I thought computers had replaced supervisors theses day , most were jumped up general workers , back when I worked in factories, a little power or authority go to there heads especially older woman

I work in a place that could be called industrial and they mostly serve as a go-between the upper management and the rest of us. They relate more closely with us and cut us slack most of the time here.
