My first post as TeaNTea

I had vowed never to partake in SW anymore, but always those types of vows are involved with a determination brought on by impulsivity.

Things are radically different now, and yet i still want to have a place where i can share and care with others.

A few days ago my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, lots of tests taking place in the future. I live with my folks, and dad might also have prostate cancer too, is gonna be checked for that today after the chimney gets cleaned.

For the last week i've been smoking outside, the air quality inside thus vastly improved.

And good films being watched. That should be a signifier on who this is who types this.

SW was always a home away from home, but my use of it will be different.

In the past i would spend way too much time here, and it interfered with the consumption of my dominant interest of films, i would share more about them than actually enjoying them. That was bad, but also bad is not having anywhere to talk about them.

A good, brilliant man here once said to me when i was wrestling with the thought of leaving said to have a sense of balance. I think i can keep the balance going on with a different and improved usage of Similar Worlds, in which i spend time here wisely, which means making ample room for family time, where the future looks dim, sleep and film.
