How do you reinforce your personal filter?

Cause I mostly have to chant in my head, "don't say <blank>" over and over for twenty minutes. The alcohols don't help. But so far no slip ups. Can't reveal THAT side of me just yet. Have another random image.

[@1195228,pattycakechamp] it takes a few clicks and headbangs to finally get it. Or just do weed like most normal humans do and filter out everything but beware of the munchies it brings.
