I think this is too simple of a question, without details. If you are more than 50% through, then definitely do NOT quit...
In fact, I would say don't quit at all unless you've got something else lined up to improve future job skills.
In this job market, starting a job skill course and not finishing it would be pretty silly, unless you can come up with a logical reason why you could never be hired for the job you are training for.
