That depends on if you lose it correctly. If you do you won’t. However if you lose it too fast you can.

I think each person is different and it would probably depend on age and how quickly you lose the weight. I've heard that if you lose it a bit slower and lift weights you have better chances of not having a lot of loose skin.

210 is not that big to leave you with loose skin, anything above 300, maybe, but it also depends how tall the person is.

If the person chooses surgery method then loose skin Yes. But if it's pure hardwork and exercise the chances of loose skin is very less.
If they're young and exercise it shouldn't be much of a problem. But if they lose the weight slowly it should be fine.
