You go to CNN office and you meet their boss for a job interview, all goes well and they tell you do you have any questions, feel free to ask

what would you ask them?

Depends on what job your interviewing for... but I feel like what time slots or work times and pay scale (unless you already know) you are hiring for are very important questions.

Depending on what level job it is, ask how many people are they hiring? (That might be for more entry level jobs), but also ask how many are they interviewing and when you might hear back from them?

How often will you work in the field vs on set (depending on your job).

@mysteryespresso oh, um, there changes things... as you would then be your own boss in theory.

But still, what work is the contract for doing?

Collecting News? Getting leads? Taking Photos? Video? Storm chasing? Make up artist? I assume not on air talent.

I'd ask what items are you looking for to possibly take someone to the next level (if there is a next step or level, there might not be a next step or level).

What are some things we should avoid?

When should we start?
