I tipped the scale at 230 lb when I was pregnant with my twins in 2002. Lots of exercise, healthy eating, and Patience and I was back to my regular weight within a year. You can do it!

You gotta do some regular physical activity and consume less calories. It's about input vs output. It takes a lotta hunger and water but it is possible .-.
