Yeah, it can be depressing, but it can also be very therapeutic for those sharing them. This place and EP really helped me through some rough dark times. Letting me share without fear of being committed for some of the things I've gone through.

I do try to balance things out with humorous posts or maybe help someone else and have even made some great friends here, but it really started out as a place I could vent.

Being caring and compassion helps

I wrote about something really freaky that happened to me before just last week, 😎 but nobody really wants to read any stories much anymore. 🤷‍♀️
