Do you grill? Do you use lighter fluid or chimney starter or electric charcoal starter to ignite the charcoal?

When I was in a place to grill I just used a chimney with newspaper. There was no need to use lighter fluid

@LoveTriumphsOverHate in an apartment with no balcony. It’d be difficult to get a grill and do what I want to. I’d have leave it outside where I’m pretty sure some one would steal it.
