What is the reason that we tend to be scared of violent people even though we can call cops and get such people arrested?

I fear nothing.. if your afraid of something, look within. It's an aspect of yourself you are unfamiliar with or refuse to explore. All life is a mirror, we only fear the part of ourselves we do not know.
