What’s the housing market like where you are?

Here it’s very competitive and most people can’t win a bid to purchase a home. Being out bid by tens of thousands of dollars. It’s crazy.

It’s booming here. New construction and resale. Two of my brothers just bought new homes. Listed theirs, one sold in 3 days and the other in 5. Both 20k+ over the asking price.
