Here it’s very competitive and most people can’t win a bid to purchase a home. Being out bid by tens of thousands of dollars. It’s crazy.

Same,the homes are overpriced and people are paying 10 to 20k sometimes over the asking price. It's a seller's market and buyers are having a hell of a time. I keep seeing listings for 500k for 1200 sq ft SFH
