I have news for you not trying frighten you . The Devil is in the mind (the dark thoughts) and God is in the soul .
Its get from the journey of the mind to the soul . Otherwise you be going around in a daze condition all the time .
That's were obsessions come in then to fix your mind and everytime you try fix your mind from outside stuff your soul get empty. And that's then a lack of trust in God and then listening to your mind and believing the crap that goes on inside .
Usually then by listening to your mind on that condition it's usually a self destructive behaviour, you end up hurting yourself.
That's my take on the whole situation and my experience.
