When do you feel at ease? I feel at is when I make narcissistic people cry themselves to sleep😏

I feel at ease only after therapy lol.....by one very good person. Otherwise , I have social anxiety that many times in life made it unbearable

Whenever a cat chooses my lap. Falling asleep in my boyfriend’s arms. Taking a bath while I drink a beer. Collapsing in a hotel bed after a particularly great concert.

In my home when I’m in sweats playing video games with a nice drink nearby
