If Jesus was crucified & died on a Friday, and resurrected 3 days later, shouldn't Easter be on a Monday?

And shouldn’t Easter be the same day every year

Day 1 - Friday
Day 2 - Saturday
Day 3 - Sunday
He was resurrected on the third day, not 3 days later.

I think the execution process started on Thursday and ended early on Friday. so they count friday as a day

It is on a Monday. Every Roman Catholic nation celebrates Monday as the holiday

There's no proof of when it actual happened really.
People just have their traditions based on some loosely held belief.

From what I recall,I think that the Resurrection is said to have occurred on the 3rd day,rather than "3 days later".

Not if he was crucified on a Thursday.
